Pets:
- We accept pets with a small additional cleaning fee of €10.00 per day, for a maximum of 5 days.
- For the respect of other Guests, pets are not allowed in the dining room.
- You can access the partner beaches no. 85 and no. 90 with your dog, in designated umbrella areas, upon request at the time of booking.
The above prices are per person per day for a minimum stay of 3 days and include: Full Board or Half Board, all taxes, 10% VAT, shared beach cabin, free use of beach towels, complimentary beach bag. Drinks are excluded.
Partner Beaches: Bagni Giulia 85, Spiaggia del Sole 86/87, and Bagni Raschi 90.
For stays shorter than 3 days, a supplement is applied.
Tourist Tax: €1.20 per day per person for a maximum of 7 days, excluding children under 14 years old.

Beach Service: The Hotel offers a complimentary beach bag, free use of beach towels, shared changing cabins at the beach, and children’s entertainment.
Parking: Covered, partially uncovered, fenced, and insured (theft and fire), located about 300 meters from the Hotel, at a cost of €12.00 per night for stays up to 2 days and €10.00 per night for longer stays.
The room is at your disposal, if already ready, at the time of your arrival, at the latest from 2.00 pm, until 10.00 am on the day of departure. (Unless otherwise agreed in advance)
Restaurant Service:
Breakfast: (8.00 – 10.00) at the table with a rich sweet and savoury self-service buffet and from 10.00 to 11.00 on the veranda.
Lunch: (1.00 pm – 2.00 pm) and Dinner: (7.30 pm – 8.30 pm) 3 fish menus every day, possibility of menus for food intolerances, such as gluten-free, lactose-free, etc. Self-service buffet of appetizers, fruit, vegetables, cheeses, desserts, sorbet and ice cream of your choice at meals.
Occasional afternoon or evening entertainment.
Weekly aperitif in the new veranda or at the Hotel bar.
Accepted payment methods: cash (up to €4,999.99), bank transfer, check, debit card, and all credit cards (Visa, Diners, American Express, etc.).

For the respect of future Guests occupying the room after you, smoking is strictly forbidden in the Hotel rooms and bathrooms. We appreciate your cooperation.
Room booking is binding if accompanied by a deposit equivalent to two days of board per person. The deposit can be made via bank transfer, postal order, or credit card, specifying the stay period and the name under which the booking was made. In case of cancellation received after 21 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

For early departures or no-shows, a penalty of up to 2 nights’ accommodation will be charged, as per customary regulations.
For no-shows, the deposit will be retained as a penalty. If cancellation occurs before 21 days from the arrival date, the deposit will be held and considered for a new booking to be made within 12 months from the original reservation date.
